Healthy, Overweight & Obese Men and Women Ages 18 - 70

Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 - 70, Smokers and Non-Smokers. Females must be of non-childbearing potential (documented: Hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy, bilateral oophorectomy) or Postmenopausal. Have not used an investigational drug or participated in a clinical research study within the past 90 days BMI (Body Mass Index) must be equal or greater than 27kg/m2.

This clinical research study will investigate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of an investigational drug.

When: This study will consist of 29 overnight stays and 1 follow-up visit. Study dates are as follows:
