IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Ages 18-70 Years of Age - Compensation up to $1,335
We’re currently conducting an IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) research study of an investigational treatment.
Participants must be 18 to 70 years of age, and be experiencing abdominal pain due to irritable bowel syndrome, and not related to any major abdominal surgery or gastrointestinal disease. Other criteria apply.
Qualified candidates may receive financial compensation up to $1,335 for time and transportation for office visits.
Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18-70 Years of Age, . BMI (Body Mass Index) must be between
≥ 18.0 and ≤ 40.0 kg/m 2.
Additional Criteria: Subjects over 50 years of age are required to have one of the following with a result that rules out causes of abdominal pain other than IBS:
a. Colonoscopy (within 10 years of Visit 1 [Screening]) b. Flexible sigmoidoscopy and double contrast barium enema (within 5 years of Visit 1 [Screening]) c. Computed tomography (CT) colonography (within 5 years of Visit 1 [Screening])
