Participant Requirements: Women, ages 18 - 65, . Have not used any investigational medication within the past 30 days. BMI (Body Mass Index) must be 18 to 35.

What: This study will investigate the effects, safety, and interaction of investigational medications in surgically-sterile and post-menopausal women.

When: This study will consist of up to 19 overnight stays and 1 follow-up visit. Study dates are as follows:
