Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 - 55, . Females must be of non-childbearing potential (documented: Hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy, bilateral oophorectomy) or Postmenopausal. Have not used an investigational drug or participated in a clinical research study within the past 30 days BMI (Body Mass Index) must be 18 - 29.9 kg/m2.

What: This clinical research study will investigate the effect of some medications on the pharmacokinetics of an investigational medication in healthy individuals.

When: This study will consist up to 14 overnight stays (dependent on Part). Study dates are as follows:
